Dr. Chris Edeh is a visionary agribusiness leader and the Director of Technical and Innovations at Emmppek Farms, a pioneering agro-development company based in Delta State, Nigeria. With a focus on circular economy principles, Dr. Edeh has been instrumental in transforming Emmppek into one of Nigeria’s most innovative food companies, specializing in sustainable egg powder production and integrated farming solutions.
Under his leadership, Emmppek Farms operates one of the most advanced egg-processing facilities in the country, producing high-quality whole egg powder that addresses malnutrition, reduces post-harvest losses, and supports industrial food applications.
Dr. Edeh is passionate about empowering communities through agriculture. He advocates for value addition in the poultry sector and champions youth participation in agribusiness as a pathway to economic transformation. His work aligns with Emmppek’s broader mission to become the leading integrated farm in Africa, leveraging innovation to build a resilient and inclusive food system.
