Co-Founder, HaidyAgric Ltd
Idorenyin Okuku is the co-founder and CEO of HaidyAgric Ltd., a growing agro-processing and food trade company focused on building one of Nigeria’s largest oil palm and cassava manufacturing operations. With over five years of hands-on experience in agriculture, research, and rural development, she has worked across multiple states in Nigeria, blending local knowledge with operational leadership.
In the past year, she has also served as a procurement manager, a language research expert, and a transcriber, working on linguistic and cultural projects that span diverse Nigerian communities, strengthening her attention to detail, cultural intelligence, and community engagement skills.
Through HaidyAgric, Idorenyin is on a mission to bridge the gap between farm produce and industrial processing, reduce post-harvest losses, and create jobs for rural youth and women.
Strategic, grounded, and driven by impact, she is building HaidyAgric to become a key player in Nigeria’s agro-industrial landscape.
