Food Processing Manager, Salco Limited
Joshua Ishola is a seasoned professional in food processing, food quality, and food safety management, with extensive experience in overseeing production operations. He currently works as a food processing manager at Salco Limited, where he plans, coordinates, and supervises daily food processing activities.
Prior to joining Salco Limited, he served as production manager at Thistleberry Food Company, quality control manager at Vertex Agro Limited, and production manager at KIB Food Company, producers of Ama Wonda Natural Spices.
In addition to his core role, Joshua leads a key partnership project with the World Food Programme (WFP), serving as the project manager on behalf of Salco Limited. His responsibilities include coordinating project implementation, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with both organizational and partner objectives.
Joshua Ishola holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Plant Biology from the University of Ilorin. He undertook postgraduate (M.Sc.) studies in Medicinal and Poisonous Plant Science at the Nigeria Defense Academy, Kaduna. He possesses a diploma certificate in food technology from Scholars International Institute of Technology, USA. He is currently pursuing an MBA in International Agribusiness and Food Chain Management at Lead City University, Ibadan.
