Cocoaly is a food processing startup creating proprietary technologies to upcycle cocoa waste in Africa into valuable products to generate additional income for cocoa farmers and reduce food waste. Our focus is processing of cocoa pulp into fruit juice and cocoa husk into flour that can be used in the bakery.
