While Rwanda’s horticulture sector grows, too many smallholder farmers remain trapped in low-value crops and limited market access. Almasi bridges that divide by transitioning farmers into high-value exports like tenderstem broccoli, chillies, and asparagus, while equipping them with agronomic training, post-harvest skills, and digital tools for traceability and precision farming. Our mission-driven model creates meaningful income growth, job opportunities — particularly for women and youth — and a resilient, tech-enabled supply chain.
