Phronesis Foods is a food processing, packaging, and export company. Ukwa, known as African Breadfruit in English, is a local food raw material found in Eastern Nigeria. We process and package dried Ukwa, Ukwa Poundo, Roasted Ukwa Snack, Coated Ukwa Snack, and Ukwa Pap. Ukwa is not readily accessible due to scarcity. and so we built a storage process that enables us to have Ukwa all year round. And, considering the nutritional benefits of Ukwa as raw material, one of which is protein, we created new food products from Ukwa. And we recycle Ukwa chaff into animal feeds.
