About Company

FADC empowers farmers to produce high quality pulses and horticulture produce for the local and international markets for wealth creation of the farmers and FADC's shareholders. Currently working with 20 solidly trained farmers members, we are based in Malawi's capital city, Lilongwe. We produce through farmers both in the rain-fed and winter season. We target to recruit over 1,000 farmers by 2022. We target only high value lucrative agricultural value chains that will create wealth for all that are involved while lifting farmers out of poverty. We also run a recruitment agency for the agriculture and rural development sector called AgriJobs, which also helps youth create jobs for themselves and other by establishing and/or growing their agro-businesses. In addition, we do consultancy services for the agri-food and agribusiness sector.
