I’m Fatou s jallow the founder of khanjallow’s spices this business was established in 2019. Our main objectives are firstly to reduce the consumption of chemically processed spices. Secondly to reduce post harvest loss by women farmers, reduce the unemployment rate by youths and women and play our part in the sustainable development goals (SDGs) Khanjallow’s spices is a popular brand in the Gambia that specializes on herbal spices like, chillies, garlic, ginger, bay leaf, locust and cloves into powders with peppers to delicious hot sauces. Right now we are supplying supermarket and local markets. Our goal is to expand my business to other African countries and the world at large.
