F.A.L.C.O.N Association (Farmers in Agriculture, Livestock, Cooperative, Organic Network) is a non-governmental organization based in Mauritius, founded in 2004. It has been a strong advocate for local farmers, promoting sustainable agriculture, food security, and community empowerment across the island. The organization works closely with smallholder farmers, cooperatives, and stakeholders to strengthen resilience in the agricultural sector, especially in response to climate change and economic challenges. It focuses on capacity building through training in agroecology, organic farming, livestock management, and food processing, helping farmers improve skills, productivity, and livelihoods. F.A.L.C.O.N Association also contributes to research, policy dialogue, and regional collaboration within the Indian Ocean, encouraging knowledge sharing and innovation.
