IANOVA is a consulting company specialized in strategy, design, testing and scaling-up of innovative solutions and technologies to address the major issues of food self-sufficiency, sanitation, youth and women employment and social inclusion in West Africa. We are a value chain developer, with a business model that is both commercially viable and impact-focused. As such, we apply the “planning-commercialization-contracting-production” approach (PCCP). IANOVA has invested in agriculture with the aim of creating value, adopting quality management standards in farming. The target size range of our farms is 25 to 50 ha per farm for cereal crops and 1000-2000 m2 greenhouses for horticulture.
