Leumyks Agricultural Services, founded in 2021 in Cross River State, Nigeria, is a climate-smart agribusiness tackling two major national challenges: malnutrition and environmental degradation. We produce high-quality protein through sustainable pig farming and cultivate green vegetables and cash crops (cocoa and oil palm), using organic manure derived from our livestock waste. This integrated approach not only enhances soil fertility and boosts yields but also reduces reliance on harmful synthetic fertilizers. Our solution addresses the rising cases of diet-related illnesses caused by low protein intake and chemically-grown food. In a climate-challenged region where arable land is rapidly degrading, we are restoring soil health, improving food security, and creating a replicable model of eco-friendly agribusiness that promotes health, sustainability, and rural economic resilience.
