GreenRoots Agribusiness is a youth-led agricultural enterprise based in Gobei, Bondo, Siaya County, Kenya. We specialize in the sustainable production of African Leafy Vegetables (ALVs) such as managu, saga, and kunde, alongside a thriving tree nursery offering indigenous and exotic seedlings. Founded in June 2024 by Stephene Ochieng Awala, the business aims to promote food security, nutrition, and environmental conservation while empowering rural youth. By integrating climate-smart practices and community engagement, GreenRoots creates value across the agricultural value chain—from production to local market access.
