My business provides access to alternative sources of animal protein, vitamins and vital micro-nutrients through the organically produced quail eggs, quail meat, mushrooms and vegetables. The business targets middle and upper class families who normally buy directly from us and also eat in restaurants, hotels and purchase raw foods from supermarkets. Through the business, our customers are able to get low cost organic products, produced to suit their different preferences.
