CLDA is an organisation for regular stakeholder engagement on climate change and biodiversity issues at sub-national climate change and biodiversity issues at national, regional and global levels with the aim of contributing to the achievement of the objectives of the agreed frameworks on climate change and biodiversity and supporting the delivery of the outcomes of the process at local level, in line with national policies and national and regional development priorities.
