About Company

The Interaction for Change in Africa (ICA) conducts research and enhances knowledge and practice on issues related to migration, refugees, and inclusive development. Based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, ICA is a research think tank dedicated to providing rigorous research, as well as training programmes, on women's and youth empowerment and providing communities with the tools to become more resilient leaders in their own communities. The organisation operates an agribusiness farm in Hossana, Central Ethiopia that promotes food safety and sustainability while also empowering farmers, in addition to conducting policy development and advocacy work. ICA's core activities include engaging in policy dialogue and evidence-based research while building local livelihoods through community-based initiatives.
