Innovative Minds in Agriculture (IMA) is a women-led organization that empowers women and youth through sustainable farming practices, entrepreneurship, and agricultural innovation. Our core mission is to equip local farmers, especially women, with the skills and knowledge to improve food production, increase income, and enhance sustainability. We focus on training in modern farming techniques such as soilless farming, crop diversification, and resource management.
