Under our commercial brand '304', we have transformed this artisanal craft into a standardized agri-food business. Our process involves careful selection of local grains, traditional fermentation, and sun-drying, followed by innovative vacuum-packaging to extend shelf life and preserve the authentic flavor for both local and international markets."
