About Company

URUHIMBI KAGEYO COOPERATIVE(UKC) is a youth run entity composed of recent University graduates. We tackle malnutrition, small land sizes, high cost of animal feeds and negative climate impacts by incorporating technology which doesn’t use soil but its vertical production ensures resource utilization and constant supply. With it's technological value, nutrients- rich, clean and smart portable products, easy-to-do, resource optimization (Vertical cultivation), quick maturity rate of 7 days and no farm inputs (fertilizers and insecticides), the system has demonstrated climate resiliency and opportunity for use. We conduct trainings, research, sell of green fodder and technology transfer through installations.
