We are into food Processing, we process WHOLE LEMON into powder, the peel, oil , seed, juice and the flesh are ALL DRIED and blended into powder. We also destone, wash and package Fonio ( same category as QUINOA) and finger millet into grains and Flour. Both grains are referred to as the ancient grains, they are low carbs, vegan, super foods and gluten free, excellent for diabetic patients and the health conscious persons.
