Wella Uganda Limited was legally registered in 2011 as a private limited liability company under Registration number 139687. It is registered with PPDA and Uganda Revenue Authority. It started as a general supplier of agricultural produce in Uganda but has strategically diversified into agricultural value addition with specific focus on processing of fresh cassava tubers, grains (millet, maize and soyabeans) and production of organic fibre packaging bags.
