KateInYourKitchen (KIYK) was founded in 2015 with the goal to bring the world to everyone a dish at a time. The KIYK mantra is “Exploring the world one dish at time”. Living in Malaysia, which is an eclectic blend of cultures for 9 years exposed to me to diverse cultures that have greatly influenced my cooking. The diverse global culture drives me to create otherwise ordinary dishes with blends of flavour from my favourite places around the world. The combination of international flavours with local culture is a passion.
