Massimo Pera serves as an Agribusiness Investment Officer for FAO, in charge of the coordination and implementation of the 'AGRINVEST-Enabling inclusive and efficient private sector investment in agrifood systems'. For over 14 years, Massimo has worked on the formulation and implementation of projects related to agricultural finance and value chains’ development. He is one of the organizers of the faculty of the Rural and Agricultural Finance Programme offered as part of the Boulder Microfinance Training at FAO. Prior to joining FAO, he worked as a rural finance consultant with the IFAD.
