Atik Ganita
Our main objectives to reduce farm-level post-harvest losses of fresh horticultural produce in the northern region to less than 10% annually. Atik Ganita is a project aimed at addressing the challenges faced by smallholder horticultural farmers in the Northern Region of Ghana. The project focuses on providing cold storage and processing services to extend the shelf life of produce, thereby increasing food availability and helping farmers earn a better income.
