About Company

The AARC is a pioneering agribusiness concern developing a commercial smallholder aquaculture-value-chain, meeting a triple bottom line: a) Social Impact, b) Economic Growth and c) Environmental Sustainability. We combine (3) pro-poor interventions that enable smallholder farmers to participate in commercial aquaculture as follows: a) Technology Innovation: We have developed a high-yielding semi-intensive aquaculture production unit that intensifies smallholder yields from subsistence to commercial levels b) Inclusive-Outgrower-Model: To scale production, we provides outgrowers with a production unit and inputs on credit - purchase the fish, processes and market – providing smallholders with reliable monthly incomes. c) Training: for sustainable, we equip the smallholders with technical and business skills, and create knowledge awareness to deepen the triple bottom-line impact
