Highland Tubers, founded in 2019, bridges the gap between Kenyan farmers and restaurants by offering value-added services for market efficiency. We grow and process Irish potatoes, sweet potatoes, and arrowroots, providing fresh, healthy products like chipped, diced, and spiral-cut potatoes, as well as sweet potato puree. Committed to organic practices and stringent food safety standards, we avoid preservatives and aim to develop precooked and frozen products, modernize storage, and achieve waste-free processing by converting waste into animal feed and recovering potato starch.
