Together with our Team and Board of Directors, the African Food Changemakers Ambassadors are determined to contribute to our mission of driving profitable and sustainable growth of the African agriculture and food landscapes by attracting, empowering, equipping, connecting and celebrating over 1 Million dynamic and innovative young African agri-food entrepreneurs. across the continent for the transformation of Africa’s agricultural landscape.

Dorothée Mvondo Nganti

Cofounder, Agrix Tech Sarl

Dorothée is the co-founder and COO of Agrix Tech, a Cameroon-based company that enables farmers to develop bankable business plans while providing them with technical support, high-quality seeds, market access, and all the resources necessary to ensure the success of their agricultural projects.

In addition to her entrepreneurial role, Dorothée serves as a teacher at the Ministry of Secondary Education and as a Consultant/Adjunct Lecturer at the Catholic University of Central Africa, specifically at the Higher Institute of Agronomy of Central Africa in Bangui.

Passionate about organic farming, Dorothée has authored numerous scientific publications on the use of pesticidal plants and microorganisms in combating plant diseases as an alternative to chemical pesticides.

She is also an active member of several associations that advocate for women’s empowerment, financial inclusion, and the prevention of abuse against vulnerable individuals.
