Patrick Musa Tucker is a seasoned finance professional with over five years of experience in the agricultural sector, banking, accounting, and financial management. As the founder and CEO of Dadugba Cooperative, he is dedicated to empowering local cocoa growers by promoting sustainable, ethical, and profitable cocoa production.
Patrick has significantly enhanced his expertise through specialized training in business leadership, climate-smart agricultural practices, value chain management, human-centered design thinking, and community development. He has also received tailored training in the cocoa sector from the Centre for the Promotion of Imports from Developing Countries (CBI), equipping him with the knowledge and skills to drive impactful change in the industry.
With a commitment to fostering sustainable growth and enhancing the livelihoods of farmers, Patrick continues to lead initiatives that support the development of Sierra Leone's agricultural sector.
