It began its activity in 1996 with a client company for the Management of Children's Centers and was incorporated on May 24, 2004, published in the Official Gazette, II Series No. 59 of July 23, 2004, with a share capital of Kz 100,000.00, with an ongoing process to increase its share capital to Kz 2,100,000.00 or through Supplies up to Kz 500,000,000.00, divided into two shares, one of 80% belonging to partner Carlos Joaquim Cruz, managing partner, and the other of 20% belonging to partner Gabriela Gonçalves Vicente Cruz.
