Pangaliso Enterprise is a retail outlet for processing of meat products in Lusaka and neighboring areas. We are currently raising 1000 broiler chickens which we sell as live weights as well as processing some chickens to finished products like sausages. We use 65kg of chicken meat and a similar amount of pigs and beef cattle that are processed into meat products (sausages). When our harvests are low, we outsource the meat and later dedicate our time to boning, grinding, portion cutting, sausage making and smoking.
