Action for Positive Change (APC) is a community-based initiative that supports the agricultural sector by providing accessible grinding mill services to smallholder farmers. APC addresses key challenges including limited access to post-harvest processing facilities, low value addition, and poor market readiness of farm produce. By offering grinding services, APC reduces post-harvest losses and enhances farmers’ ability to process and sell value-added products like maize flour and groundnut paste. This not only increases income for local farmers, especially women and youth, but also stimulates rural agribusiness development and food security.
