Through a very unique farm-to-table model combining refundable e-vouchers system and crowdfunding, food consumers provide small farmers with interest-free microloans with no conditions unlike bank and microfinance institutions. In return, as members of the community, they receive a priority access and special discounts on the food produced. Seekewa supervises and facilitates the entire process. As a result, farmers' incomes are improved and consumers get healthy fresh food at competitive prices.
