About Company

Expanders Ltd was founded in 2019 by Dr Innocent Twizeyimana, a veterinary surgeon with experience in agricultural innovation. While working with One Acre Fund Rwanda’s Product Innovation Department, where he contributed to the development of livestock interventions, he identified a significant gap between agricultural production, farmer knowledge and access to markets. This experience inspired him to establish Expanders Ltd to expand opportunities for smallholder farmers and help them generate greater value from their existing resources.
