Ferme Umuyenzi is one of three companies under Emujeco Holding. The holding comprises of 2 commercial buildings and a farm. All registered in Rwanda. Founded in 1986, incorporated in 2019 Ferme Umuyenzi Ltd (UFER), is a 136-hectare Global GAP-certified farm in East Rwanda, located 1 hour from the Kigali international Airport. UFER specializes in the production of avocado(41ha), macadamia(33ha), mango(7ha), Chili(20ha), green beans(20ha), and milk production(300L/day). The farm’s competitive advantages include a solar-powered irrigation system covering 80% of able to pump 1000m3 in a day. Monthly production of 20 tons of manure. A strong management and technical team with a bio diversified farm. Since 2022, we have been supplying horticulture produce to Rwandan companies that export to the EU
