Kipipiri Holdings Limited (KHL) is a Kenyan engineering company incorporated in 2015, registered at Krishna Centre, Woodvale Grove, Westlands, Nairobi. We operate in Kenya — deployment grounded in the Central Highlands, with a 13-year scale pathway extending into Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda. We build and operate GreenFarm Connect, a vertically integrated precision agriculture platform for smallholder farmers. It combines eight proprietary BNS Smart Meters Ltd hardware devices (NB-IoT water meters, multimodal soil sensors, smart solar electricity meters and storage, leaf wetness sensors, weather stations and valve controllers), Sentinel-2 NDVI satellite imagery, a cloud AI engine managing water and energy as one unified resource, an M-PESA harvest-aligned subscription, a digital financial identity engine and a guaranteed offtake marketplace — all delivered over mobile, with USSD fallback. Validated at Kasuku Farm, Laikipia (March–November 2025): 42% water reduction, 30% yield uplift, 15 tonnes CO₂ displaced per farm per year. KHL is a private limited company governed by a board of directors with a seven-person team led by four co-founders, all under 35 (youth under the AU definition). BNS Smart Meters Ltd, our hardware engineering spinout with shared directors and shareholders, designs and manufactures the device suite.
