Mani Technology is an agribusiness startup in Ghana dedicated to improving food security and economic growth by producing high-quality, hygienic, gluten free and yet cost-effective multi-purpose cassava flour through climate-smart systems. This solution improves accessibility for the flour industries, increases revenue for farmers, and reduces post-harvest losses of cassava. Our initiative focuses on empowering medium and smallholder cassava farmers, especially women, to cultivate cassava to be adapted for the production of our multipurpose premium cassava flour. This flour is a sustainable alternative to imported wheat flour and has several applications in Ghana's baking and pastry sectors, as well as traditional culinary preparation.
