HURMA is a minority-led non-profit consulting firm established on 15 May 2018 by professionals from ethnic monitories in Somalia that have over 20 years of combined expertise on progressive humanitarian and development project/programme management with relevant technical, professional qualifications and hands-on experience in capacity development, conflict prevention, management, conflict resolution, social cohesion & reconciliation, peace-building, state-building, good governance, improved access to justice, support to stabilizations, and women empowerment through various for diverse interventions in Somalia, Kenya, Uganda and Ethiopia.
