About Company

To carry on the business of general supply, general contract, trading, marketing, sales and distribution of general goods, general merchandise, commission agents, manufacturer’s representative, suppliers, to buy, sell manufacture and deal in all articles, substances, product, commodities, appliances and things used for or in connection with company’s business or required or usually bought, sold manufactured, or dealt in by persons carrying on any of the business herein mentioned and to prepare, package and preserve for sale, manufactured goods of all descriptions. To carry on the business of farming, food production, food processing, food packaging, baking and food science of every description, including catering services, culinary, and (without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) in the production of cakes, small chops, spices, table water, beverages, and act as general contractors of all kinds. To carry on the business of entrepreneur training and certification, skill acquisition training and all other related training activities within and/or outside Nigeria for the purpose of carrying on business effectively. To borrow or raise money, legally in such manner as the company shall deem fit. To do all such other things as may be considered to be incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects or any of them.
