Future-Preneurs Zambia (FPSZ) is a youth- and women-led, membership-based non-profit organization advancing inclusive economic development, social accountability, and climate justice in Zambia. Established in 2011 and formally registered in 2016 under the National Youth Development Council Act, FPSZ empowers marginalized communities particularly in the Copperbelt Province through entrepreneurship training, green skills development, village banking, agro-based livelihoods, and civic engagement.
