About Company

KickStart is a nonprofit social enterprise whose mission is to lift millions of smallholder farmers in Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) out of poverty quickly, cost-effectively, and sustainably by enabling them to make a lot more money. KICKSTART succeeds in doing this by developing and widely promoting the uptake of farmer-led irrigation by smallholder farmers. KickStart develops and promotes a line of highly affordable "MoneyMaker" branded manual irrigation pumps specifically designed for small scale farmers in SSA. lt then develops a network of local private sector supply chains to import and sell.
