Verdeco Agro Venture Ltd is building digital market infrastructure for smallholder agriculture in Nigeria. We organize fragmented smallholder farmers into verified production clusters, coordinate access to quality inputs and technical support, aggregate harvests, and connect the supply to commercial buyers. Our model turns unreliable, scattered production into organized, traceable and commercially reliable supply. We are preparing a 50-farmer, ~50-hectare maize pilot in FCT for the 2027 season and operate an asset-light, partner-led approach focused on last-mile coordination.
