Global spread of African cuisine Africa’s Contribution to Global Food is widely evolving and its evident in the global spread of African cuisine across countries such as Brazil, United States, Haiti, France, Jamaica, Mexico, Italy, United Kingdom, Trinidad and Tobago, Peru and so on…In terms of Africas agricultural exports, fruits, vegetables and nuts accounts for majority of the exports ($12-$14 billions), followed by cocoa ($8-$9 billions), fish and meat exports accounts for $5 billions while other agricultural products accounts for $2-$4 billions.
