Integration & Scale Welcome to our 2019 Annual Report. The theme of this year’s report is Integration & Scale, which brings to focus AGRA’s integrated delivery model. This model, which has evolved over the past decade, underpins our efforts to drive agricultural transformation and enhance the livelihoods and lives of smallholder farmers in Africa. Integration is indeed one of the core guiding principles of our work. In order to reach smallholder farmers with the seeds, fertilizer, and knowledge they need to achieve increased productivity and food security, we require multiple systems, value chains, organizations, and individuals to work together. To this end, we coordinate activities across the three pillars of our strategy – State Capability & Policy Engagement, Systems Development, and Partnerships.
