While Rwanda remains one of the strongest performers on the Comprehensive Africa Agriculture Development Programme (CAADP) commitment to allocate 10 percent of public expenditure to agriculture, the intensification of climate impacts necessitates additional financial resources to ensure that agriculture can meet its full potential and contribute to the transformation and resiliency of Rwanda`s food systems.
